In brief

What this company does

We are a pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development of innovative pharmaceutical solutions with a technology platform that allows for the oral delivery of therapeutic proteins. In addition, we allocate capital to strategic investments in healthcare and life sciences companies that we believe complement our long-term business objectives and technology focus. We have developed an oral dosage form intended to withstand the harsh environment of the gastrointestinal tract and effectively deliver active insulin or other proteins. We intend to initiate, in the second half of 2026, a 60-patient, US-based clinical trial designed to validate the robustness of our oral insulin formulation in defined patient population. As part of our business strategy, we continuously review our existing pipeline and evaluate potential strategic opportunities to enhance stockholder value. On January 22, 2024, we along with our wholly-owned subsidiary Oramed Ltd., entered into a joint venture agreement, or the Initial JV Agreement, with Hefei Tianhui Biotech Co., Ltd. or HTIT, and its subsidiary Technowl Limited or HTIT Sub., to establish OraTech, or the “JV”.

EPS, diluted, dividend per share and shares outstanding are shown without shading, and a vertical line marks the year the share count changed — the series crosses a large, unexplained change in share count, so the years on either side are not on a comparable scale.
