It generated revenues of $149.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. Through December 31, 2025, an estimated 237,574 patients had been treated worldwide, with over 8.5 million of its treatment sessions delivered. As of December 31, 2025, it had 658 full-time employees working across its sales and customer support team, research and development, operations, and general and administrative functions. Greenbrook is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Neuronetics, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in April 2003.
