It markets its key products through its own sales forces in the U.S. and enters into collaborations with other pharmaceutical companies to commercialize them outside the U.S. Each of its three major customers, Cencora, Inc., Cardinal Health, Inc., and McKesson Corporation, individually accounted for more than 15% of total product revenue, and together they accounted for more than 76%. All manufacturing operations, covering the production of raw materials, dosage form product and product packaging, are carried out by third-party contract manufacturing organizations. The company was incorporated in Delaware, commenced operations in 2005, became publicly traded in 2012, and is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SUPN.
