Sypris Technologies represented approximately 43% of the company's net revenues in 2025. Sypris Electronics, comprised of Sypris Electronics, LLC, generates revenue primarily through circuit card and full “box build” manufacturing, high reliability manufacturing, systems assembly and integration, design for manufacturability and design to specification work. The company was formed as a Delaware corporation in 1997.
