Its Newsquest segment in the U.K. comprises approximately 220 digital news and media brands, including over 150 daily and weekly newspapers and over 60 magazines, as of December 31, 2025. Its LocaliQ segment provides digital advertising and marketing products and solutions to help local businesses reach customers and grow their business, through a cloud-based platform offering marketing automation, AI-driven advertising optimization, and customizable reporting. In November 2025, the company changed its corporate name from Gannett Co., Inc. to USA TODAY Co., Inc. and renamed two of its reportable segments, with Domestic Gannett Media becoming USA TODAY Media and Digital Marketing Solutions becoming LocaliQ.
