As of December 31, 2025, the company had a total of 659 employees across the Galena Complex, the Cosalá Operations, Relief Canyon and its corporate office. It competes with other mining companies for the acquisition and development of, and production from, mineral interests, as well as for the recruitment and retention of qualified employees and consultants.
