The International segment consists of AMCNI, its international programming businesses comprising a portfolio of channels distributed around the world. AMC Networks Inc. was incorporated on March 9, 2011 as an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, which spun it off as an independent public company on June 30, 2011.
