As of December 31, 2025, its network included more than 12,200 fiber route miles, passing approximately 523,500 homes with high-speed broadband services, defined as download speeds of 100 megabits per second or more. As of December 31, 2025, it had approximately 2,100 employees, of whom approximately 700 were employed in the US, including the US Virgin Islands, and approximately 1,400 were employed by its international subsidiaries. Through December 31, 2025, it organized its operations into two operating segments to manage and review results and to support investor presentations. Its US Telecom segment generates fixed, carrier, wholesale mobility and managed services revenues in Alaska and parts of the western US. Its International Telecom segment generates fixed, carrier, mobility and managed services revenues in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Guyana and the US Virgin Islands. Since its founding in 1987, it has concentrated on smaller, often rural or remote markets with strong and growing demand for connectivity.
