At December 31, 2025, its owned generating resources had a total capacity of 31,676 MWs. It has five reportable segments, representing the different geographic regions in which its owned generating resources are located and its customer-facing activities are conducted. The Mid-Atlantic segment, covering the eastern half of PJM including New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, the District of Columbia, and parts of Pennsylvania and North Carolina, accounted for 10,386 MWs of net generation capacity, or 33% of the total. The Company was formed on February 1, 2022, when Exelon completed the separation by distributing all outstanding shares of the Company's common stock to Exelon's shareholders, with the Company thereafter holding the interests in Constellation previously held by Exelon.
