The Communications segment provides construction, maintenance, and installation services, including the placement and splicing of fiber, copper, and coaxial cables. The Building Systems segment provides building infrastructure solutions, including electrical, energy management, security, and fire safety systems for data centers and other critical facilities. Since its incorporation in the State of Florida in 1969, it has expanded its scope and service offerings organically and through acquisitions.
