O&R delivers gas to over 0.1 million customers in southeastern New York. Consolidated Edison, Inc., incorporated in New York State in 1997, is a holding company that owns all of the outstanding common stock of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. and Con Edison Transmission, Inc.
