Its customer base consists of approximately 55,000 customers located primarily in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America, and no single customer accounted for more than 10% of revenues in fiscal 2025. It had 850 full and part-time employees, all of them based in the United States. Results of operations are reported through a single operating and reportable segment. The company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on June 13, 1963.
