At the end of fiscal 2025, it employed approximately 472,400 associates, of whom approximately 53,400 were salaried and the remainder were compensated on an hourly basis. The Company also maintains a network of distribution and fulfillment centers, along with mobile applications and e-commerce websites, in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Primarily through its subsidiary HD Supply, it supplies MRO products and related services to multifamily, hospitality, healthcare and government housing facilities. The Home Depot, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that was incorporated in 1978, and its Store Support Center is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
