In brief

What this company does

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. develops, markets, sells, manages and operates timeshare resorts, timeshare plans and ancillary reservation services, primarily under the Hilton Grand Vacations brands. As of December 31, 2025, the company had over 200 properties located in the United States, Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico and Asia. As of that date, it had more than 720,000 members across its Club offerings. It operates its business across two segments: Real estate sales and financing, and Resort operations and club management. Within Real estate sales and financing, the company sells its owned vacation ownership interests directly and, through fee-for-service agreements, sells VOIs on behalf of third-party developers in exchange for commissions and brand fees. Within Resort operations and club management, its resort management services consist of operating properties under management agreements for the benefit of homeowners' associations of VOI owners at both its own resorts and those developed by third parties. Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. became an independent publicly traded company on January 3, 2017, as a result of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc.'s tax-free spin-off of HGV and Park Hotels & Resorts Inc.

Written from the business description in Hilton Grand Vacations Inc.'s annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, filed 26 February 2026. Every sentence was checked against that document before publication.
