It manufactures its Proprietary Products at its cGMP production facility in Beit Kama, Israel, using proprietary platform technology for the extraction and purification of proteins and immunoglobulins from human plasma, as well as at third-party contract manufacturing facilities. It distributes these products directly and through strategic partners or third-party distributors in over 30 countries. In the Distribution segment, it distributes in Israel more than 25 pharmaceutical products exclusively licensed from international manufacturers. Kamada Ltd. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel on December 13, 1990, under the name Kamada Ltd. It completed an initial public offering on the TASE in August 2005 and an initial public offering in the United States on the Nasdaq in June 2013.
