As of December 31, 2025, it employed over 45,000 employees worldwide, over 26,000 of them located in the United States. Medline has two reportable segments, Medline Brand and Supply Chain Solutions. Through the Medline Brand segment it offers customers approximately 190,000 med-surg products, organized into three product categories: Front Line Care, Surgical Solutions, and Laboratory and Diagnostics. Through the Supply Chain Solutions segment it offers approximately 145,000 med-surg products from over 1,300 third-party suppliers, and provides supply chain services such as outsourced warehouse and technology management, third-party logistics, inventory rationalization and route planning. The Company was incorporated in Delaware in November 2024 under the name of Medline Inc., and its principal executive offices are located in Northfield, Illinois.
