Studio City features approximately 2,493 hotel rooms, food and beverage establishments, a nine-screen cineplex and approximately 44,300 square meters of retail space. It generated all of its revenues for each of the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023 from its operations in Macau. It holds a land concession contract with the Macau government for the land on which Studio City is located, with a total area of approximately 130,789 square meters in Cotai, Macau.
