For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, private-label contract manufacturing generated $121,779 thousand in net sales, representing 94% of total net sales, compared to $105,358 thousand and 93% in fiscal year 2024. As of June 30, 2025, it employed 215 full-time employees in the United States, three of whom were executive officers of the Company. Originally founded in 1980, Natural Alternatives International, Inc. reorganized as a Delaware corporation in 1989.
