The Corporation owns a portfolio of royalties, streams, offtakes, options on royalty and stream financings, and exclusive rights to participate in future royalty and stream financings on various projects. OR Royalties' only material subsidiary is OR Royalties International Ltd., formerly known as Osisko Bermuda Limited, which is wholly owned by the Corporation. The Corporation's cornerstone asset is a 3-5% NSR royalty on the Canadian Malartic Complex, located in Québec, Canada. OR Royalties Inc. was incorporated on April 29, 2014 under the name "Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd / Redevances Aurifères Osisko Ltée" pursuant to the QBCA, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Osisko Mining Corporation. The Corporation changed its name from "Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd / Redevances Aurifères Osisko Ltée" to "OR Royalties Inc. / Redevances OR Inc." effective May 8, 2025, following shareholder approval at its annual and special meeting.
