What this company does

We are a biotechnology company, leveraging our proprietary cell expansion platform to develop scalable, cell-based solutions across the healthcare, food, and agriculture sectors. We have developed a unique three-dimensional (“3D”) technology platform for cell expansion with an industrial-scale cell manufacturing facility operated in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”) standards, currently on a self-declared basis. We were incorporated in Nevada on May 11, 2001. Pluri Inc. has a wholly owned subsidiary, Pluri Biotech Ltd. (“Pluri Biotech”), which is incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel. Our PLX cells are adherent stromal cells that are expanded using our 3D platform. Our PLX cells can be administered to patients off-the-shelf, without blood or tissue matching or additional manipulation prior to administration. In January 2024, we launched a new business division offering cell therapy manufacturing services as a CDMO: PluriCDMO™.
