Integral to the imaging center business is the company's Digital Health operating segment, which sells computerized systems that distribute, display, store and retrieve digital images. During the year ended December 31, 2025, approximately 23.4% of the company's net service revenue generated at its diagnostic imaging centers was derived from federal government sponsored healthcare programs (Medicare) and 2.5% from state sponsored programs (Medicaid). The company has been in business since 1985.
