TAL Education Group is a learning solutions provider in China. It organizes its business around two areas: learning services and others, and learning content solutions. Learning services are delivered primarily through Xueersi Peiyou small classes, personalized premium services and online course offerings. As of February 28, 2026, it had 602 learning centers in 45 cities across China and several cities outside of China. Learning content solutions are offered across print, digital and device-based formats, including print books, books integrated with digital learning experiences, learning devices and mobile applications. It also provides SaaS technology solutions to institutional customers, including other learning institutions and other technology service providers. Its business started in 2005 with tutoring services mainly for the K-12 age groups in China, and later expanded into online learning services. In compliance with regulatory policies promulgated in 2021, it ceased offering the K-9 Academic AST Services in Chinese mainland at the end of 2021.
