The Group carries out its business through three operating segments: the Zegna segment, the Thom Browne segment and the Tom Ford Fashion segment, the last of which comprises the TOM FORD FASHION business that joined the Group through the TFI Acquisition. The ZEGNA brand's products include luxury leisurewear, footwear, formalwear, leather accessories and other products. Thom Browne, founded by Mr. Thom Browne in 2003 in New York, offers products spanning menswear, womenswear, childrenswear and accessories. TOM FORD was founded in 2005 and launched menswear in 2008 and womenswear in 2010, in collaboration with the Ermenegildo Zegna Group.
