AZSTARYS, a partnered product, is marketed in the United States under the company's September 2019 collaboration and license agreement with Commave. It is also advancing celiprolol as an investigational product candidate for the treatment of Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in patients with a confirmed type III collagen (COL3A1) mutation. It was incorporated under the laws of the State of Iowa in October 2006, reincorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in May 2014, and changed its name from KemPharm, Inc. to Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. effective February 21, 2023.
