The Pharma segment represented approximately 46% of net sales and 43% of total assets in 2025, and accounted for 69% of Adjusted EBITDA excluding non-allocated corporate costs. The Beauty segment represented 35% of net sales and 32% of total assets in 2025, accounted for 18% of Adjusted EBITDA excluding non-allocated corporate costs, and sells pumps, airless systems and valves to the fragrance, color cosmetics, facial skincare, personal care and home care markets. The Closures segment accounted for 19% of net sales and 15% of total assets in 2025, contributed 13% of Adjusted EBITDA excluding non-allocated corporate costs, and primarily sells dispensing closures. The business was started in the late 1940s, manufacturing and selling aerosol valves in the United States, and has grown through acquisitions and organic growth.
