Through its sale and purchase agreements and integrated production marketing agreements in effect, with approximately 13 years of weighted average remaining life as of December 31, 2025, it has contracted with third parties approximately 85% of the total anticipated production from the Liquefaction Project through the mid-2030s. Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership formed by Cheniere.
