What this company does

Funko designs and sells licensed pop culture products across a range of categories, including figures, bags, wallets, apparel, plush, accessories, homewares, vinyl records, and limited-edition posters, under its Funko, Loungefly, and Mondo brands. Its products are produced by third-party manufacturers primarily in Vietnam and China, and it also manufactures or assembles certain apparel and other products in the United States, Mexico, and Cambodia. It sells its products through a network of retail customers across multiple retail channels, including specialty retailers, mass-market retailers and e-commerce sites, as well as directly to consumers through its owned websites and three flagship retail stores. Internationally, it sells its products directly to retailers, primarily in Europe, through its subsidiary Funko UK, Ltd. As of December 31, 2025, it employed 1,104 full-time employees, with 870 people in North America, 211 in Europe, and 23 in Asia. Sales to customers outside of the United States accounted for approximately 40%, 35%, and 31% of its sales for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. Because its chief operating decision maker reviews financial performance and allocates resources at a consolidated level, the company reports as one segment. Funko, Inc. was formed as a Delaware corporation on April 21, 2017 for the purpose of completing its initial public offering.

Written from the business description in Funko, Inc.'s annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, filed 12 March 2026. Every sentence was checked against that document before publication.
