It distributes its products through a sales platform comprising its retail locations, including RH Galleries, RH Interior Design Studios and Waterworks Showrooms, in addition to its websites, Sourcebooks, Trade, Contract and Outlets. The company was formed as a Delaware corporation on August 18, 2011, completed its initial public offering on November 7, 2012, and changed its name to "RH" effective January 1, 2017.
