We are a biotechnology company focused on human diagnostics and diabetes management solutions, including wearable biosensors. Through our subsidiaries, we develop, acquire, manufacture and market medical diagnostic products for the clinical laboratory and point-of-care segments of the diagnostic market. Our products are used to detect autoimmune, infectious and sexually transmitted diseases, disorders of the liver and intestine, and to monitor markers for diabetes.
