HF Sinclair produces and markets light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, renewable diesel and other specialty products. It owns and operates seven complex refineries with a combined crude oil processing capacity of 678,000 BPSD. As of December 31, 2025, it had 5,165 employees, of whom 4,301 were in the United States, 656 in Canada and 208 in Europe. Its operations are organized into five reportable segments: Refining, Renewables, Marketing, Lubricants & Specialties and Midstream. The refineries are located in El Dorado, Kansas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Anacortes, Washington; Artesia and Lovington, New Mexico; West Bountiful, Utah; and Sinclair and Casper, Wyoming. Renewable diesel units at Cheyenne, Artesia and Sinclair have production capacities of approximately 90 million, 135 million and 153 million gallons a year. Marketing operations cover branded fuel sales to more than 1,700 branded sites in the United States and licensing fees for use of the Sinclair brand at more than 350 additional locations. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1947 and keeps its principal corporate offices in Dallas, Texas.
