Its Prepaid Debit segment primarily provides secure packaging solutions, Prepaid Debit Cards, and other related integrated prepaid card services to prepaid program managers in the U.S. CPI is a Delaware corporation that was initially formed as CPI Holdings I, Inc. in June 2007 and changed its name to CPI Card Group Inc. in August 2015.
